Electronic Arts Inc. has contracted with Even Balance, Inc. to integrate PunkBuster™ Anti-Cheat
software into the game Battlefield 1942™ by Digital Illusions. We will soon be
opening a section on our website to support PunkBuster™ for Battlefield 1942™. Honest players and
admins who would like to report actual known working cheats and hacks for the game are encouraged to

Even Balance, Inc. has been contracted by id Software, Inc. to integrate PunkBuster™ into
Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory™; a free downloadable multiplayer action game based on the award-winning
Wolfenstein multiplayer universe. Developed by Splash Damage and produced by Activision,
Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory takes the intense action and strategy of squad-based gameplay to the next
level with the construction of battlefield installations, covert class characters and skill-based
character development through the course of battle. Even Balance
will also be handling CDKEY registration and authentication as part of a new integrated
CDKEY / GuidAuth server system Even Balance is developing especially for Enemy Territory.
Additional PB-based tools and features are planned for Server Admins and Players to further
enhance the experience of playing Enemy Territory on PunkBuster Enabled servers.
The U.S. Army has contracted with
Even Balance, Inc. to integrate our PunkBuster™ Anti-Cheat software into the online game known as
America's Army. Having won many awards, America's Army has grown to a level of high popularity
during the past few months and can be obtained at no cost via download from the
America's Army website. We will soon be
opening a section on our website to support PunkBuster™ for America's Army. Honest players and

A three-way agreement involving YouPlayGames,
id Software and
Even Balance will bring self-funded professional
online gameplay to Return to Castle Wolfenstein players. As part of the agreement, Even Balance will
be providing game server customizations and admin-based monitoring in addition to our existing
integrated PunkBuster™ Anti-Cheat software and support services. YouPlayGames' official press release

This new year marks the successful implementation of the new PunkBuster™ Guid Auth server system. Using the new PB Guid Auth servers, PB Servers will now be able to determine valid GUIDs from hacked or faked GUIDs and will be able to remove players who are not using a valid GUID/cdkey from games on PB Servers. We also will soon be implementing our new policy of globally banning GUIDs that are associated with PB Violations that involve known PB Hacks. Some cheats/hacks interfere with PB's ability to detect hacks/cheats, to take screenshots, to report cvar values, etc. Using such a hack is in direct violation of our End User License Agreement and terminates the license to use PunkBuster™ software. Starting today, any punks caught by PunkBuster™ using such a hack will be subject to global banning from all PB Servers without recourse. In conjunction with the new Guid Auth Server system, this provides the ability to further ensure that PB Servers provide the most cheat-free environment possible for honest players.
